Karin Goodfellow brings more than three decades of hospitality expertise and a lifetime of relationship-building in The Bahamas to her role as Senior Vice President of MAISON’s Private Client Group. Known for her warmth, creativity, and discretion, Karin has built an extraordinary network that bridges both personal and professional circles in Nassau’s most exclusive communities.

Her career is a story of entrepreneurship and service. She ran a successful restaurant in Lyford Cay, curated and designed gourmet food stores, and later founded Goodfellow Farms, a beloved venture that connected her with families across Old Fort Bay, Lyford Cay, Albany, and beyond. These experiences cemented her reputation for turning customers into lifelong friends and gave her unmatched access to the very clientele who now make up The Bahamas’ premier private real estate market.

A resident of Nassau for more than 30 years and a member of Old Fort Bay since 2004, Karin has deep ties to the area’s most influential communities. Both of her sons are graduates of Lyford Cay International School, further embedding her within these close-knit networks. Her roots extend back to Governor’s Harbour, Eleuthera, where she first called The Bahamas home after relocating from Rochester, New York.

In her role at MAISON, Karin leads the Private Client Group, an exclusive division focused on ultra-high-net-worth buyers and sellers in the west, including Old Fort Bay, Lyford Cay, and Albany. Her ability to combine personal relationships with professional excellence gives clients a uniquely elevated experience, whether they are seeking a discreet acquisition or selling a landmark estate.

Beyond real estate, Karin is an avid sailor, equestrian, and world traveler. Her passions reflect her belief that life — like property — should be lived with creativity, adventure, and a sense of belonging.
