Expansive 10-foot by 40-foot windows draw the harbour into the interiors, filling the main living spaces with natural light and uninterrupted views from morning through sunset. The open-concept kitchen, dining, and lounge areas create a seamless flow for gathering with family and guests, while maintaining a sense of calm and understated luxury.

Seabreeze offers three king en-suite bedrooms within the main residence, each thoughtfully positioned for comfort and privacy. For larger groups, a detached guest cottage extends the accommodation with two additional en-suite bedrooms, including a king suite and a twin suite with trundle options, making the property exceptionally well suited for families, multi-generational travel, and intimate group stays.

At the heart of the outdoor experience is the residence’s signature serpentine wrap-around pool, where the curves of the water mirror the natural rhythm of the bay beyond. Surrounded by mature bougainvillea, hibiscus, jasmine, and coconut palms, the terrace invites slow mornings, afternoon lounging, and sunset evenings with uninterrupted waterfront views. Pool heating may be arranged upon request for an additional fee.

A private dock offers direct access to the water and accommodates larger vessels, making Seabreeze especially appealing for guests arriving by boat or wishing to enjoy the harbour lifestyle throughout their stay. Dockage arrangements and associated fees are available upon inquiry.
