2026 Seasonal Rental Rates
Rates listed below reflect occupancy for the 4-bedroom main house (up to 10 guests). All rates are quoted on a weekly basis.
- Peak Holidays (Christmas & New Year's): $14,400 per week (Requires a strict 2-week minimum stay)
- High Season / Holidays: $12,600 per week (Applies to March, Easter Week, July 1st–12th, and Thanksgiving)
- Regular Season: $11,200 per week (Applies to all other standard weeks)
