Penthouse 603 is the rare second home that asks nothing of you.

Mornings start with coffee on the terrace, the ocean on one side and the Royal Blue fairways on the other. Then a swim in the owners' rooftop pool, a round on Jack Nicklaus's Signature course, an afternoon at Rhizophora Spa. In the evening, it's twelve around the table on the wraparound terrace, or dinner at OIA, or a five-minute walk down the beach to Baha Mar.

Between visits, the resort takes care of everything. Housekeeping, laundry and in-residence dining are a phone call away, the car waits in underground parking, and the airport is about fifteen minutes from the door. Arrive with a suitcase and the home is ready.

The only duplex penthouse at Goldwynn sits in the residential wing, away from the resort, with its own entrance on each of its two levels. Across 4,000 square feet, the main level centres on a chef's kitchen with a full-height Calacatta marble island and a private bar that opens onto the terrace. An entire floor is given to the primary suite, with a dressing room, a private kitchenette and a spa bath. Two en suite guest bedrooms, the option of a fourth, and a powder room complete the plan.
