2026 Nightly and Weekly Rates

January / February (01/04/2026 – 02/27/2026): $4,300 per night / $30,000 per week (4-night minimum)

Spring Break (02/28/2026 – 04/17/2026): $4,600 per night / $32,200 per week (7-night minimum)

Summer / Fall (04/18/2026 – 12/18/2026): $4,300 per night / $30,000 per week (4-night minimum)

Christmas / New Year’s (12/19/2026 – 01/02/2027): $5,000 per night / $35,000 per week

Note: Dockage fee for boats 45 feet and above is $1,000 per week.
