Whitney Glinton serves as the Executive Assistant to Founder & CEO Ryan Knowles, where she provides expert administrative support and ensures smooth operations across a variety of client projects. With five years of experience as an Executive Assistant and Property Manager, Whitney brings a wealth of expertise in organizational management, client relations, and overseeing property operations.
Whitney pursued a degree in Coastal Environmental Science at Flagler College, and her love for sustainability seamlessly aligns with MAISON Bahamas' objective of combining luxury with eco-conscious living. Her passion for real estate was sparked at a young age, as she watched her father sketch floor plans on AutoCAD. This early exposure to design and architecture has help to shape her understanding of the real estate world and the unique needs of clients in this space.
Her diverse skill set, coupled with her commitment to excellence, makes her a key asset in supporting both Ryan and the broader team in delivering outstanding service to every client.
Outside of work, Whitney enjoys Pilates and playing with her dogs, which helps her stay inspired and energized both professionally and personally.
