Ria Butler

Ria Christina Butler is an accomplished organizational architect, business specialist, strategist, consultant, and luxury real estate apprentice. Currently exploring the field of high-end property transactions, she works alongside licensed agents, combining her financial expertise and strategic insight to navigate the luxury real estate market. Her extensive background includes serving as Director of Business Operations at the Small Business Development Center (SBDC) Bahamas and nearly two decades in banking.

A native of Nassau, The Bahamas, Ria was raised with core values of honesty, integrity, and humility. She completed her early education in the Catholic school system, earning an Associate of Arts Degree in Computer Data Processing from The College (now University) of The Bahamas. Ria holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Management from Nova Southeastern University and an MBA in Leadership and Talent Management from Barcelona Executive Business School.

Her banking career spanned almost 20 years, with roles including Sales Administrator and Business Support Officer at FirstCaribbean International Bank. Since transitioning to full-time business consultancy in 2019, Ria has advised clients on growth strategies, business plan and pitch preparation, funding access, and other opportunities, utilizing her financial acumen to guide business owners and individuals while maintaining high standards of professionalism and offering personalized service.

Ria is a Distinguished Toastmaster (DTM), an international speaker, an author of multiple books, and the founder of Wells of Wealth (W.O.W.) Cultivators, a non-profit organization dedicated to empowering women globally. She also serves as the current host of the television show "You and Your Money", where she engages audiences on finance, business and economic affairs. Her presence as a television and talk show host extends her influence and thought leadership across various fields.

A mother of two, Ria continues to live and work in Nassau, The Bahamas, while honing her skills in the luxury real estate industry.
