As one of the most trusted real estate voices in the Abacos, Nicole Fair brings a rare combination of deep local roots, industry-leading knowledge, and an exceptional track record of success. A Bahamian native, Nicole first discovered her passion for property while marketing her family’s homes in Nassau, a hands-on beginning that quickly evolved into a full-time career. She earned her real estate license in 2018 and became a broker in 2023, steadily building one of the strongest books of business in the Abacos.

 

 

Nicole grew up bicycling the quiet lanes of Treasure Cay, forming a lifelong appreciation for the crescent-shaped paradise she still believes is one of the most beautiful places on earth. While Treasure Cay remains her specialty, her expertise spans Marsh Harbour, Elbow Cay, Green Turtle Cay, Leisure Lee, and beyond—with additional markets such as Man-O-War Cay and Guana Cay on the horizon. Her intimate knowledge of the region, combined with her ability to guide clients with clarity and confidence, makes her an invaluable resource for both buyers and sellers.

 

 

Split between her homes in Treasure Cay and Nassau—shared with her husband, Carl Carter of North Abaco Construction Services—Nicole leads a vibrant family life centered around the islands. Her passions include cruising the waters of the Abacos, exploring the world, and enjoying hobbies ranging from yoga and cycling to kayaking, reading, needlepoint, and writing fiction.

Known for her warm communication style and lightning-fast response times, Nicole has built her reputation on service, consistency, and her “community first” philosophy. Her regular live videos and active presence on social media offer clients and followers a real-time look into market conditions, island life, and new opportunities.

 

 

Nicole holds academic degrees in Caribbean History and Law, complemented by extensive professional development, including courses with RRC, CRS, and CRB. These disciplines sharpen her analytical approach to studying comparables, evaluating markets, and uncovering the story each property has to tell.
