Mekhi brings a background in business management to his role as Advisor Experience Lead at MAISON Bahamas, where he is responsible for the brokerage’s advisors. He oversees advisor onboarding, development, and day-to-day support, ensuring every advisor has the tools, training, and resources needed to succeed. Mekhi is focused on building a culture of growth and collaboration  from structured launch programs for new advisors to ongoing engagement initiatives that recognize achievement and encourage continuous learning.
