He was employed as a technician with BaTelCo then BTC between the years 1988 and 2011 and as an IT technician at Diamonds International.
His passion for innovation and real estate spurred him to become an apprentice at the Darville Wong Realty Company between 2019 and 2020, and then at BahamaLand Realty between the years 2020 and 2022.
