Windsor Lakes generates $15 mil. in sales in only five months

Windsor Lakes Bahamas is 35% sold after five months.

According to a statement released yesterday, Windsor Lakes, one of the newest developments in western New Providence, is already 35 percent sold out, representing some $15 million worth of sales. Billing itself as the crown jewel of lakefront luxury in Nassau, the gated community’s statement explained that its properties have only been on the market since last August.

Developer Robert Myers said that the sales are a testament to the demand for luxury living outside the city.

“We set out to create a haven where residents can savor the tranquility of lakeside living without compromising on luxury,” said Myers.

“The strong sales reflect the demand for a lifestyle that transcends the ordinary.”

Ryan Knowles, Director of Sales for the community, added: “The response to Windsor Lakes has been nothing short of extraordinary. According to the statement, the community is “nestled” in the heart of Adelaide, just outside the gates of Albany. It added that the community under development offers single-family and multifamily lots that range from $205,000 to $400,000. It explained that the developers are also offering custom-built three- or four-bedroom homes starting at $895,000.
