Born and raised in Nassau, Charles has also lived in several other islands of The Bahamas. These experiences shape his unique perspective which helps him authentically connect to second home buyers and commit to their vision of owning a dream home.

In 2019, Charles wanted to deepen his understanding of Business, Real Estate Investing and Finance to better serve clients. By 2021, Charles matriculated university and returned to The Bahamas from Boston, MA after completing two Masters degrees in Business Administration and Finance. By 2022, he decided to advance his career to the next level and joined Maison Bahamas where he could refocus on servicing clients in the luxury real estate market.

In his previous career as a Bahamian Immigration official, he has helped countless persons obtain work and residency in The Bahamas and is an expert on the relocation process. His client list includes entrepreneurs, companies and individuals from various industries including banking, finance, healthcare, hospitality and cryptocurrency.

Charles has a passion for real estate that is fueled from a core desire to help people; clients observe this within minutes of speaking to him. His approach to real estate is that he is not only your agent but also your advisor, confidant, and friend.

Charles’ interests beyond real estate are multi-dimensional and wide ranging. In his spare time, he enjoys listening to Audible books about business, finance and philosophy; learning to play golf, real estate investing, cryptocurrency, technology and investing. Most of all he enjoys spending time with family and teaching his nephews and son valuable life lessons.
