Caron shepherd began her real estate career with Gold Circle real estate company she got her feet wet and once she understood the dynamics of real estate, she was on her way to began a successful career in real estate Her tenure allowed her to work on many developments, she forged relationships with her clients who were pleased she was able to give them prudent advice and they became very pleased land and home owners After holding the prestigious title of top sales agent for a number of consecutive years she decided to remove the training wheels and pursue and obtained her broker’s license. This accomplishment provided her the avenue in which she could launch out on her own and open her own real estate company. While working as a broker she was invited to be a part of the development of High Point Estates, JFK drive. she spare headed this project as their Project Administrator for a number of years and to the successful development of high point estates, her on the ground experience, on site vision allowed her to be able to from commencement too completion of high point estates realize a opulent estate. The experience that she gained from on site development, she then pursued the higher end real estate market. She ventured over to Atlantis the Residence at the Reef. Ms. Shepherd was able to gain more knowledge and experience with regards to high end properties. Obtaining on hand experiences, realizing with her knowledge, she was able to once again become their top sales associate and was able to sell $1,000,000 properties on the water and again having satisfied home owners, which to this day , she has gained long term friendships with her clients from the Reef. With the experience and the knowledge received it was a no brainer for her to join up with Masion Forbes Global properties to tap in to a market of the caliber. In securing the opportunity to be a part of this global brand, her desire is to continue pursuing the high end real estate market and again forging friendships with her clients and assisting them to become homeowners in the Bahamas.
